Unfulfilled promises

I’ve been trying to resolve a non working from new issue since January 10. I have received 12 emails and 1 phone call. 3 emails to ask me about the service, 2 emails informing me my issue has been resolved when it hasnt. The phone call I received was very apologetic and informed me I would be shipped a new one the next day (Jan 15) I’m still waiting for confirmation that it has been shipped. All l got was an email saying feel free to ask more questions.
What I’d really like it a tracking number saying that its on its way.
The service is so poor I’ve almost forgotten my dismay of them shipping a broken unit in the first place.
