Vegetarian brussel sprouts

I am new to sous vide. Has anyone tried to cook brussel sprouts?

Sous vide brussle sprout are delicious!

Just remember, most vegetables require 80°C - 88°C / 176°F - 190°F to soften. As for the non-vegetarian ones, well those taste even better.
