Sammatt829…why is this rant on the community page? This page is for getting help from other members. We don’t work in accounting or shipping. That would be support.

And maybe limit it to one post. Not like there’s too many folks here who can actually help with this, so there’s not much of a point posting it multiple times

I deleted your other post - we don’t need duplicates. Also, the best place to go to for any shipping, order updates, and refunds is customer support. Their email is support@anovaculinary.com. I am closing this thread. Please use the proper channels so we can take appropriate action.
