What was the temp on the salmon?

Iā€™ll ask my teammate when I get into the office! I ate the food - I didnā€™t cook it! :stuck_out_tongue:

The salmon was brined for 30 minutes, then cooked for 45 minutes at 120 degrees! @RichardOL
