I sent my request to join.
I went back over the pictures I had posted on Facebook and found my first effort after getting my cooker. They were dated June 2015. I have no idea of the time but it must have been pretty long. I think I need to have a cooking diary!

I can’t join the group… When I click on the “joint group” button i get the message that I don’t have permissions to edit the group?
Hey @mejakm there’s a bug that’s affecting some Facebook groups with member requests. I’ve already reported it to Facebook. I’m hoping they can get that fixed soon!

I know! I’m not happy about that either! I’m not sure how long it will take for Facebook to fix the bug.

instead of getting better, facebook is getting worse from day to day 
UPDATE: Facebook Group bug that prevented member requests/invites has been fixed!
