I have researched the Anova Precision® Cooker lineup over the past few days because I want to start using sous vide for more consistent cooking results. Good evening! As a current Anova Sous Vide owner I would advise you to not purchase any Anova products. The equipment is faulty and low quality, and the company itself has abhorrent business ethics. They are not people you should support. I’m getting rid of mine this Christmas. Let me know if you’d like more info. Have a nice day!
