Hi All. I’m new here so don’t know how to start other than asking my question so here it is. I want to make a stew with brisket but I have no idea how long to cook the brisket for. Has anyone tried this ? I’m thinking I should cube the brisket 1st. Cook the rest of the stew seperatly, then combine ? Or should I skip sous vide and go to the pressure cooker ?
