connecting 2nd owner oven

I bought an Anova oven from someone but do not have their password or QR code. When I go to connect the wifi “Anova1234” it asks me for a password. Any ideas what this password is?

If no one knows try contacting support.

Maybe there is none. I ask them and they keep trying to resolve a connectivity issue. Its like the oven connects to wifi but won’t connect to the app. It’s like I am speaking the wrong language.

Likely not, fact is the folk marked in the CS page are on the whole a waste of time.

Get it escalated to Bill or someone (see the about us page) because if it is vaguely technical i nature then they will likely give you the run around

There is a lot of interesting reading on the oven, a lot of naff experiences with this piece of tech too so please read up, if you haven’t already.
IF you get it resolved via a competent & knowledgeable member of anova, let us know the solution, but at the lower levels it is like playing roulette.
