The answer is really dependent upon how much you’re likely to use the device and what you’re most likely to be cooking in it.

I always go for things I can use for multiple tasks. If I was using the Anova everyday it might be different. Also I am not cooking large quantities normally so a stock pot works great for most cooks.

I find a spare sink the easiest! You can fit plenty in and easy to drain and clean up afterwards :+1:
