Hi,
I’ve been using the Anova very succesfuly for 7 months. Lately it´s acting in a weird way. Sometimes and randomly the temperature display freezes displaying another temperature than the real one (it matches the target temperature). I realized because the water was not hot enough. Unpluging the unit and plug-in it again shows the real temperature again.
Now I’m using the anova for brief cookings because I don’t trust the unit anymore. While I’m in the kitchen I’m monitoring the temperatura all the time and comparing it with a calibrated termometre.
When I stop the cooking f.e at 60º the Anova termometre doesn’t change when the water cools f.e(50º). If I restart the unit, it shows the right temperature (50º).
