My Anova is exactly two and a half years old. Thus far it has worked well, however the other day the temperature suddenly started to drop. I have tried it a couple of times since, but the heating element definitely not working anymore. I clean after every use, so that not the issue here.
I”m a little disappointed that a device for which I paid $200, had such a short life.
