Is my unit broken?

I just received my unit 2 days ago. It worked fine until today when it disconnected from the wifi. Luckily I was around to notice it so that food didn’t get ruined.


When I looked at the machine, it temperature reading was in Celsius instead of Fahrenheit. It was initial set at 150F and i was wondering why i couldn’t get it to go above 99.5. My unit now does not connect to the wifi anymore… and I cant change it back to fahrenheit…

I was able to connect to the wifi again by uninstalling the app. When i installed it again, it was able to connect through bluetooth, then to wifi. My temperature reading is now very off… My external temperature reader says the water is 155… but the anova reads 145… Before it was fairly accurate by ± 0.1F . Do I return it?
