Just a note about your recipe for lentil soup. The lentils do not get soft even after cooking for two hours. You must finish the soup in a soup pan and cook at a simmer for at least for ten minutes. I think it’s because the lentils are at the bottom of the liquid and do not absorb enough of the liquid until cooked on the stove. What do you think?
You may want to try adding some time or raising the temperature 5° F. Others have noted this as well.
