Nano displays wrong temp

I’ve had 3 fails in the past 3-4 weeks. There have also been several successful cooks. This seems to happen on cooks > 6hrs.
I will set the temp to 131. Instant read confirms a good temp.
Sometime over night, the water reached 203o.
Reset it and it seemed fine. Two nights ago, when I got up in the morning, the temp was down to 120o.
Just now, after 5+ hours of a good temp, it shot up to 151.
To be clear, the display ALWAYS reads 131 no matter what the true temp is.
I get the accurate temp from my instant read.

Doesn’t happen all the time. Can’t predict it. But sure can’t trust it.

Thanks. I was hoping there was something the user could do
Support has already reached out and instructed me to send it in.

Definitely send it in. That behavior is a faulty unit. Fortunately everything I hear about the responsiveness of Anova support has me feeling pretty comfortable that if I ever have a problem with one of my units they’ll be prompt and responsive.

Good luck, and I hope you are cooking again soon!

I have never heard about something like this, did you asked any other persons for a problem like this? From the moment I bought mine with many other things like commercial display refrigerators or cooking machines, everything works fine. Maybe the problem is in the power that is coming to it?

I think JEE might have lost interest.
