I received 4 replacement Nanos, All defective!!! no one is doing a quality control investigation, Do not buy this product, they will not honor refunds,

hey xaml - going through the threads of conversation with our support, it looks like we’ve replaced your Nano 3 times. We’d love to offer you a refund as it does not meet your expectations, but unfortunately you’ve purchased it via Amazon and not our website.
Much like trying to return a product you purchased from Target to a different retail store, we cannot issue a refund on a device you purchased elsewhere.
