I bought one this summer while visiting in the US but I’m not happy with it. After about 4 hours it stops circulating water, or it just goes silent (no display). On a previous opportunity it continued circulating and at the set temperature but lost count of the time.
I now regret having bought it abroad at it will be more difficult to return.
I am not sure where you’re located, but I think you should still reach out to support so we can figure out a way to help you with your unit.
