New Anova Precision Cooker (WIFI): Temperate 1,5 Degree Celsius to low, no calibrate offset

I am a new owner of a Precision Cooker BT&Wifi in Germany and have directly an issue:

the temperature ist permanent 1,5 Degree higher on display than checked with Thermapen and a second SV Cooker.

But the options calibrate offset is greyed out in the app? How can I fix this offset?

Hi. I can’t help you because I haven’t purchased the product, but maybe you can help me since you are in Gemany. Where was the precision cooker sent from? Did you have to pay customs when it came into the EU?

That’s a lot.

In Europe its sent from Holland. No import tax.
