I just placed an order from Europe. After the order, it dawned to me that, even though I went through what was showing as “Home Page - Europe” in google, the order might be actually sent from the US. If that is the case, I would like to cancel it since the customs fees will render the order very unreasonable.
I sent an email to support but the automatic response says that it may take the support team 3 days to respond, by which time it will probably be late.
So, do you know if Anova dispatches from within Europe? If not, is there a quicker way to cancel my order an receive a refund?
