I’ve used the precision cooker half dozen times with success. Tonight the temperature reads about 70 degrees higher than the water is plus the temp bounces around the desired setting. Anything I can do to fix this? I had two meals planned this weekend using this thing.
I would contact customer support at Anova. I don’t think there is anything a user can do to fix the unit.
Having the same issue. Contacted support and I think they are supposed to send me a new one.
Just to come back, Anova support is spectacular. Sent me an RMA, Fed Ex label and had a new unit on its way. I had it replaced in 3 days.
