Very often, when I am trying to use the app to control my APC, I am getting “There was trouble communicating…” message. Until now, I just restarted the app and the issue was solved. But the trick doesn’t work anymore on my new iPhone 12: no matter how many times I restart the app, it still gives me the same message.

In the meanwhile, disconnecting from the device altogether and reconnecting got me back to where I was before the new phone: I need to restart the app all the time to restore communication.
Any ideas? Or is this something I just live with?

I’m new to anova and I’m having the same issue. Haven’t even been able to start cooking. I tried to operate it manually but it shuts off every time. Any hints?
