I’ve used the Anova for about 6 months without issue but th last two times it’s gotten way hotter, by 50 degrees, than set temp. It reached 194 degrees. It goes bonkers bouncing back & fourth on the temp display when it gets that hot & it’s set at 145. It’s ruining perfect cuts of chicken & pork 
Is it broken??
