Why will Anova not respond?

I ordered two cookers a month ago. I’ve emailed Support, I’ve checked shipping status on your website, I’ve tweeted. Nothing. Can someone at Anova please respond? ORDER #US19898

Hi @ryanbermudez, it looks like there was an error with your original order, and was lost in shipping. A claim has already been filed and your devices are now out for shipment. It looks like your order has already shipped, but tracking can take 24-48 hours to activate.
