Anyone else having issues with the My Recipies feature on the app? They keep disappearing… it’s becoming a bit frustrating.
I currently can’t replicate this issue on my phone. This sounds like a new issue - emailing us at support@anovaculinary.com will be super helpful! Our team will look into this and troubleshoot.

Hey @Hank! I checked with the team and it seems like it’s one of those things that comes and goes. But they are working on a permanent fix on this. A way to get around this bug is to uninstall and reinstall the app - this usually helps with recovering the lost data.
Lost all of my recipes today Very frustrating. lost 12 recipes with phots.
Uninstalled and reinstalled Anova app and all of my personal info is there now. Yay!
