Display showing negative temp

I just got my Anova, unboxed, assembled, and fired it up for the first time. Now, it’s getting cooler here in Texas but nothing like what the temperature is reading on the Anova. I’ll give the Support a call tomorrow but wanted to ping the community to see if this seems like a defective unit and if there is anything I should try.

Got a replacement Anova shipped. Works perfectly!

Maybe you have it in upside down.  :))

Hi, does anyone have a resolution to this? Once my Anova crosses some threshold around 170F, it starts reading negative values. I’ve tried unplugging and plugging in multiple times to no avail.
