I know the folks at Anova are still alive- good article on the verge. I was wondering if anyone knows how long it typically takes to A. Get the instructions to return a broken unit and B. Get the replacement. I only ask because, at this point, it might be more advantageous to buy something at the mall; I have vacuumed pack meat either heading for the trash can or freezer.
