I just received my Anova precision cooker and started by sous vide-ing carrots and sweet potatoes. Whenever I would remove one bag, the Anova would emit a loud beeping noise (sounded almost like there was some type of error). The noise wouldn’t stop until I pressed the pause/play button. Anybody know what could be causing this loud beeping noise? Help please!
It could be the water level alert. If your water level was just above the minimum line that’s indicated on the metal sleeve and when you remove your bagged veggies, the water level could go below that minimum line which alerts you so do not burn out the heating element.
Hope this helps you. My Anova v2 did not ship with instructions but you can find it on this site.
