Please Cancel my order #1141501

Hi, ordered 4 x Wifi Anova cookers as XMAS presents at the start of December, with the estimated delivery date of 21th of December… Since they still have not been shipped and i have sendt multiple emails trying to cancel the order unless delivered in time, and not been getting ANY feedback on the emails, i now try to cancel the order #1141501 in the forum instead.
