I hope so too! Mine says itā€™s still being processed and hasnā€™t shipped yet as if today (20th).

Also still waiting on mine, three different delivery estimates all failed, havenā€™t even received tracking information yet, my friend ordered his a week ago and it arrived yesterday. -_-

I had the same expirience. After recieving I got the wrong version of the device (bluetooth insted of WiFi) :slight_smile:

The schedule says ā€œat my doorā€ by the 23rd, can I assume you have already sent the unit then? (I highly doubt you can process the delivery in under 3 days at a reasonable cost.)

Did you look up your specific order by clicking on your geo like this picture?:

There you should be able to track your order, as it has probably already shipped. But contacting support is the best way to get some answers if for some reason this tracking doesnā€™t work at support@anovaculinary.com

Mine still says being processed but geo date (Australia) says I should have it by 23rd. I donā€™t know what kind of magic you guys have but in any case if it gets here by the 23rd Iā€™d be really happy (and impressed!).

I tried contacting support 24 hours ago, you reply here much faster. :stuck_out_tongue:

I did click Australia, and it says itā€™s delayed, but I have no tracking details on the order page which leads me to assume I will not receive my device before the 23rd. :frowning:

I would wait for support to get back to you, It might have already shipped, sometimes tracking takes up to 2 days to activate.

Hoping I can use it for Christmas!

Imagine the kind of courier service one would need to move a delivery that fast! Itā€™d have to be a super expensive courier, Santa on his sleigh or someone from Anova warehouse personally dropping it off! Hehe.

I think theyā€™re claiming that theyā€™ve been sent already but the order status page is slow to update.

Iā€™ll believe that when I see it or when support replies. -_-

Iā€™m happy to report that I received my shipping/tracking yesterday (AU wifi). I ordered a week or so ago so I was starting to get concerned it wouldnā€™t arrive for Christmas. Tracking indicates it should arrive by COB tomorrow! :smile:

I emailed support yesterday and, while I havenā€™t heard back from them, I did get my shipping notice. Coincidence? :wink:

Which model are you waiting for? I guess itā€™s busy but they seem to be making their way out. Mine is coming from HK, I think.

Same as you, Iā€™m in AU and I ordered the Wifi on the 22nd, so go figure.

I also emailed support 2 days ago.

I ordered mine on the 26th. Received updated emails regarding delays. Most recent one was yesterday saying AU wifi units going out today (21st) and bumped up to one day shipping to get it to us asap. As of now, havenā€™t received shipping notification.

I hope they just forgot to send me the email. :smiley:
