Also for everyone, just so you know, it is most likely that at this point your order is in processing or has already shipped. The issue is that tracking can take 24-48 hours to become active, so it might get to you before it is even trackable.

If there are delays in China and you know there are delays then why are you sending emails to people telling them their cooker has been shipped via DHL (with tracking number) when it hasnāt actually been sent at all???
looks like i was one of the nandful who didnāt receive the DHL upgrade - the unit didnāt appear to arrive in the UK until this morning and is sat in a parcel force dept less than 20 miles from me.
i have to say the level of service received from you guys has been a disgrace and you should be ashamed of your repeated claims about order now for xmas when you know fine well that this is not possible.
i will be interested to see how you compensate all those poor sods like myself who bought this as a gift for a loved one and now has to wrap an empty box and explain that their present was delayed due to the incompetence of the manufacturer
Oh no no no! Same problem here in Cambridgeshire, you foolishly didnāt pay for Saturday delivery in the UK, so my order is sat in a depot waiting till the 28th.

I can certainly empathize with the OP about Anovaās delays, a year ago, about this same time, they bungled my RMA pretty badly, The CS manager even called me personally about it.
One thing Iām seeing this year that is different is that Anova is actually going out of their way to upgrade orders to express shipping in the attempt to get things out to people on time. Shit happens, it always will, but what sets a company apart is how they chose to deal with it. So far, I think they are doing a good job at trying to make things right.
Christmas doesnāt come from a store, but coal is awesome, thanks, I can use it in my pizza oven once I add forced draft air. Been jonesing for a Grimaldiās pie for a while now.

My mistake I thought the OP said that he or she paid extra on shipping .
think the seventh post someone mentioned paying for express shipping only to be let down.

Seems like quite the unit but reading here it seems as though they canāt even ship in a timely manner having to deal with a broken unit would be a nightmare.

The shipping debacle seems to be a recent thing. There are some other posts scattered somewhere on this forum from @HunterC and @Bill that go into detail about supplier delays, a problem with a contract distribution center(s) and such. Just sounds like a bit of poorly timed bad luck.
Give them a month or so, see how they handle things and if shipping times go back to normal. Hard to accurately judge an entire company based on a single event that might or might not have even been within their control.

I ordered my sous vide early december. Iāve heard NOTHING since. The advised timeframe for delivery was between the 19th december and the 24thā¦I am still waiting. I have never received anything apart from the original confirmation email. The tracking link shows me the following:

I understand that it was over Christmas, however, to order it on the 5th, and be given a timeframe, and now find out theres been no update since ordering, but you were happy to accept my money!
