Now the oven is on the last mile before delivery Anova Precision™ Oven – Anova Culinary (this month for US/CA, december for international)
recipes start to appear https://oven.anovaculinary.com/ and even the app exists, we have less to speculate about and can come back to more rational thinking.
One thing I spotted is that they advertise the Sous Vide mode and I wonder how can this be compared to cooking sous vide with the APC.
Any ideas?
